POSITION: Front Desk Receptionist

We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated, energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for all customers, clients and vendors at the Reception Desk.  Greet and attend to customers and assist in their enquires. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments. Receive payment and record receipts for services. Perform administrative support tasks.    

Qualification:

- Min GCE"N" Level.

- Min 2 years in a customer service position such as in reception/administration, retail or client care, preferably from the airline or hotel industry.

- Good Customer Service and Great People Skills.

- Speak Fluent English and Chinese. Other languages a plus.

- Strong phone presence and outgoing personality

- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks.

- Positive and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work without supervision and guidance.

- Willing to work long hours.
